Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your email address, an optional name, your order details (plan, price, payment references and order status) and your language preference. There are no customer accounts and no passwords.

To deliver your eSIM, send you transactional order emails (confirmation and delivery), answer your support requests, and keep the accounting records the law requires. That's it.

We send no marketing emails and we never sell your personal data.

Order data is stored in our database, hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL). A few service providers process data on our behalf:

• Mercado Pago processes payments. Your card details go directly to them — we never see or store card data.
• Resend sends our transactional emails to your address.
• Cloudflare serves the website and provides security and abuse protection.

We use only functional cookies: your theme (light/dark), your language, and a cookie that remembers your own orders on your device so the "My orders" page works. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

We keep order records for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing orders@vueltika.com. We'll comply, except for records we're legally required to keep.

Vueltika is operated from Uruguay and this policy is governed by Uruguayan law.
